Subject: 2024 City Street Resurfacing – Project Update
Dear Residents and Property Owners,
The 2024 Street Resurfacing Project in your area is underway and we would like to remind you to park off
the marked streets until they are fully paved later this week (weather permitting).
The work completed so far consisted of:
• Replacement of damaged and deteriorated concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter as warranted.
• Replacement of ADA noncompliant sidewalk curb ramps.
• Repair and replacement of damaged or broken utility castings/frames.
• Asphalt base reconditioning (additional asphalt repairs) where warranted.
The work currently underway includes:
• Milling the existing asphalt street surface.
• Repaving with asphalt surfacing mixture.
