PROPOSED TWO-WEEK CONSTRUCTION
SCHEDULE
Idaho Ave. N.
Sept. 2 – 6
- Curb and gutter installation on Tuesday.
- Concrete Driveway installation on Wednesday.
- Notices have been sent to each house affected by the concrete. Cars
should not drive across new curb or driveway for 7 days.
Sept. 8 – 12
- Grading of the roadway for first lift of asphalt.
- Backfilling of curb and topsoil for yards and seeding.
Jersey Ave. N.
Sept. 2 – 6
·
Watermain installation will continue, including services.

Sanitary sewer will begin on Monday September 2nd
and continue through the week.
Sept. 8 – 12
·
Finish up sewer installation and services.
·
Roadwork will begin including excavating existing soils and
installing sand and gravel.
Traffic Impacts and
Parking
During the construction period, there
will be no on-street parking on the following streets between 7 a.m.
to 7 a.m.
·
Idaho Ave. N. between 30th
Ave. N. and 31st Ave. on Tuesday and Wednesday next week. After Wednesday residents
can park on the street.
·
Jersey Ave. N. between 30th
Ave. North and Medicine Lake Road.
Weather Considerations
The project is weather-dependent,
and activities may be delayed if adverse conditions arise. We will keep residents
informed of any schedule changes as they occur.
