The City of Crystal will enact snow parking restrictions beginning Monday, Dec. 29 at 12:01 a.m. These restrictions help ensure safe, efficient snow removal during and after winter storms.
When Crystal receives a snowfall of 1½ inches or more, parking is prohibited on all public streets and alleys. The restriction remains in place until snowfall has stopped, and the street or alley has been plowed edge to edge. Vehicles parked on public streets or alleys during this time may be tagged or towed at the owner’s expense. Remember, on-street parking is prohibited year-round between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.
