2026 City Street and Utility Project Newsletter - July 13

This past week, the contractor finished replacing the existing roadbed and installing the majority of the curb and gutter on 29th Pl. N. between Zane Ave. N. and Brunswick Ave. N. and on Zane Ave. N. between Medicine Lake Road and 29th Pl. N. The contractor also began full-depth reclamation of the existing pavement on Brunswick Ave. and 29th Pl. N. between Brunswick Ave. N. and Douglas Dr.
This week, the contractor will finish concrete work and begin preparing roads for paving. The first layer of bituminous pavement is proposed to be placed on July 21.
