This past week, the contractor completed the reinstallation of mailboxes and restored all disturbed areas with sod or seed. The contractor will be responsible for watering it for 45 days or until Sunday, Oct. 4. If the sod is green and healthy on the 45th day of the warranty period, it will then be the homeowner's full responsibility to wa-ter and care for it. If the sod dies within the 45-day warranty period, the contractor will be responsible for replacing it.
The final layer of pavement is currently scheduled for mid-September.
