This past week, the contractor completed the lining of the sanitary sewer under Brunswick Ave. N., 29th Pl. N., and Zane Ave. N. This completes the utility work that is scheduled for the project.
The final layer of paving is now scheduled for Monday, Sept. 28, weather permitting.
The contractor has been watering and maintaining newly installed sod. If the sod is healthy on the final day of the 45-day maintenance period, which ends on Sunday, Oct. 4, it will become the homeowner's responsibility to care for it. If the sod dies before the warranty expires, the contractor will replace it.
