City Street and Utility Project Newsletter - Oct. 1

The project is now substantially complete. The contractor placed the final layer of asphalt last Saturday and will address minor corrective items in the coming weeks. The sod maintenance period ends on Oct. 4, when the sod will be evaluated for acceptance. Once accepted, property owners will be responsible for maintaining and watering
the sod. Seeded areas are growing as expected and will be evaluated next spring to determine if additional seeding is needed.
