The Crystal Frolics annual celebration is July 25-28 at Becker and Welcome Park in Crystal. The event will include live music, fireworks, family festival, softball tournament, button/crystal search, food and vendors, disc golf, pickleball, Bingo, inflatables, 5K run/walk, food drive and more.

Primary Election and Registration
June 27, 2022
The 2024 Primary Election is Tuesday, Aug. 13; and the General Election is Tuesday, Nov. 5. Absentee voting for the Primary Election is available in person, or by mail, from June 28 - Aug. 12, 2024. In-person absentee voting takes place at Crystal City Hall.

Organics Recycling
Organics Recycling Charge

According to state law, garbage haulers that have an additional charge for organics recycling must charge all its customers the same, whether or not that customer participates in organics recycling. Local governments cannot opt out of the state requirement that haulers charge all customers for organics recycling equally, nor do cities control the amount haulers can charge.
